Clarity was chosen by the US Centers of Disease Control to reinvent its cornerstone multicultural National HIV Testing Day health advocacy campaign. We secured the Federal agency’s first-ever celebrity spokespeople, blew the doors off of prior bi-lingual campaigns with its impact for boosting HIV/AIDS testing, and were asked to reprise our campaign three years later. What we accomplished was size-defying for Clarity, unprecedented for the CDC, and included the White House’s recommendation that our US campaign be replicated globally at a United Nations Special Assembly.

Little Known Facts
Loring lived in South Africa and traveled across neighboring countries. Childhood summers were spent on Cedar Point’s famous roller coasters where she had family in Sandusky. She cut her TV teeth by appearing on Major Mudd and Rex Trailer’s Boomtown, eventually working at WCVB-TV, Boston’s ABC network affiliate.
She’s known for bringing private sector ingenuity and big thinking to the State transit agency (MBTA). Overcoming the risk-averse culture of a behemoth bureaucracy makes accomplishments like executing World Cup, launching the Acela, and creating now institutionalized policies like pre-planned snow routes, new access for pet dogs, and MA’s first-ever self-auditing vendor even more notable.
Year-round tennis, an unending DIY project list for an antique colonial home, baking and volunteering for the cause of dog rescue are among the focuses of Loring’s off-hours time.
